oh no
dear journal and community...
today was a bad day... im sick! mum says that i must have the virus that is going around because ive been feeling tired, dizzy, and sick in the stomach and have had a sore throat! but i dunno i think i was sick because i hadn't eaten n e thing all day except a packet of cough lollies and a piece of water melon and at 3pm when i started to feel sick i just had to make myself some food so i binged which is really unhealthy i know i want to lose the weight but not hurt myself in the process! anywa to i had a piece of toast with lots of butter and vegemite, two large pieces of camembert, 2 rice crackers, 2 teaspoons of nutella and yeah and a musli bar... in like 45 minutes! omg yeah so thats not too good of a start but i don't mind because i ate well up until then and i did pilates once so far and have drunk 2 bottles of water so far which im pretty proud of! yeah n e ways i think once i let my lean cuisine settle in my tummy i'll do another session of pilates and drink a couple more bottles of water and then start again tomorrow! gosh but i gotta go out i hope that i don't pig out... i'll just drink some boost ( watermelon crush) and water! lol it'll be fine i think this blog will really help me get to my goal... love always elsie! xoxo

These are my goals for today I don't think i'll have any problems achieving them so yeah... oh btw im from australia so if i use metric plz excuse me its just easier ya know... anyway seeing as im on summer/christmas hoolidays i will have more of a chance to do some exercise and not have set times to eat... so i might convieniently forget! lol anyways im really glad i found this community its really great and seems really supportive! well thankyou in advance
